If your Material contains personal data about people other than yourself (for example, interviews for a documentary, or references to real people in a subject), you are the controller of that data: we process that part of the Material as a processor, on your instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

4. Who we share data with
We use external providers who process data on our behalf, with adequate contractual safeguards:

5. Data transfers outside the EU and Brazil
MEDIA/STUDIOS is based in the United States: some of your data is therefore transferred to the USA for processing. Where this occurs, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by law, to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data even outside the European Union or Brazil.
6. How long we keep data
Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the subsequent period required by applicable tax and accounting obligations. Uploaded Material is kept for as long as necessary to provide the requested Service and for a limited subsequent period, unless you request earlier deletion in accordance with your rights under Art. 7.
7. Your rights
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erasure (within the limits of legal retention obligations), restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (in Italy: the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
If you reside in Brazil, you have the right to: confirmation of the existence of processing and access to data, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable (in particular for sharing with the Scout network), and lodging a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process. The Service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age: registering an Account requires legal age.
